Transport solutions
A Stainless steel transport screw with a capacity of 60-80 tons of fertiliser per hour. With a density of 1000 kg per cubic meter.
The screw (auger) is placed in a stainless steel 304 trough, which is open at the top side. The plate thickness of this trough is 3mm.
The trough width is 370mm and the screw diameter is 350mm.
The top of the screw is closed with a stainless steel cover.
Screw shaft and screw blades are made of stainless steel.
The drive system is done with an electro motor and gearbox.
The gearbox type is Leroy Somer, this gearbox is directly hanging on the screw shaft. The electromotor will be driven by V-belts covered with a safety cover.

Bearings and drive system
At both end of the screw there is bearing installed with a complete mild steel bearing and bearing support, which is constructed out of stainless steel. One central hanger bearing stainless steel is installed. The diameter of the screw shaft is 75 mm and at each end it is closed with end plates of stainless steel. The inlet is at the top of the screw and the outlet is at the bottom at the motor drive side.
