Our screen is installed directly above the conveyor intake hopper, allowing the good material to fall directly onto the conveyor while the big particles roll over the screen to the low side, where they can be easily picked up into a bucket. The support frame installed under the Sinex Screen is constructed of mild steel with cross bracings, ensuring a stable and reliable operation.

SInex screen
With a screening area of 3300mm long, our fertilizer screen is a powerful tool for any agricultural operation. The screen outlet height is 1000mm, while the screen inlet height is 3350mm, making it easy to integrate into your existing system.
With a screen mesh opening of 14 x 14mm and a capacity of 120 tons per hour, our fertilizer screen is a powerful tool for any agricultural operation. For smaller capacities of 80 tons per hour, we also offer a screen mesh opening of 12 x 12mm.
To ensure a smooth and reliable operation, our fertilizer screen is equipped with a vibrating motor and four supporting/vibrating springs, providing the perfect level of support and vibration to achieve maximum efficiency.
And, to make installation and operation as simple and convenient as possible, our Sinex Fertilizer Screen also comes with an electrical panel connection for the screen motor, making it easy to get started right away.
