Portable Container bag fill system with a capacity of 140 tons per hour, in 500-1250 kg. bags.A big bag fill line that is completely integrated in 3 normal 20ft (6 meter) containers.
The line is portable and can be moved to every decided place.
The machine capacity is up to 200-240 bags of 500- 600 kg per hour, and 120 to 140 bags of 1250 kg.

Big Bag Filling System in 3 20 ft Containers With 2 Big Bag Filling Lines
The system consists of three containers on top of each other. In the containers 2 weighing scales are installed, to weigh the product. The 2 fill pipes discharge the product directly into the bag. This bag is removed by 2 conveyor units.The container body is made of mild steel and pipes, hopper, weigh scales and fill pipes are all constructed of mild steel.
The machine works with an electrical panel and 2 digital weigh indicators. The complete bag fill operation can be done by 1 operator to fill the bags and 1 operator to close the bags for each fill pipe. There is a possibility for 1 operator to do it, but then the capacity is less per pipe.
The complete line is portable and can be moved by a forklift, ship or truck.
The 2 discharging conveyors can be loaded in the floor container before transport.
Assembly of the container bag line is easy to do. The container needs to be placed on top of each other by a crane or forklift, so that the machine is 6.500 mm high. The floor container has door openings to bring the bags out and to have the possibility to bring empty bags into the container.
